About Speak In Dreams CD
Speak in Dreams is a unique and exhilarating fusion of rhythms and styles from around the world. They perform their own compositions as well as contemporary and traditional songs. This debut CD has been launched through Keda Records World Music Series - 12 original songs with catchy melodies performed with wild energy.
Ranging from an irresistibly danceable mix of Asian and Latin percussion to the heart-rendingly poignant and savagely comic moods of Celtic folk and French Musette, their music is both contemporary and rooted in the common ground of popular world music traditions.
The searing vocals of Mitch Feral combine with close four-part harmonies of the other band members, the swinging bass and drums of Billie-Jo Brighton and Stuart McGerty, and the hypnotic fiddle and accordeon of Raphael Rogier-Radoux and Camilla Saunders.
Also featured are guest artists Lord Ricardo of Zubop on saxaphone/flute and Kuljit Bhamra on percussion.
